Forgot Your Password?

1. Resetting your password is simple:

2. On the log in page select “Password Recovery”

 

3. A dialogue box will appear asking for the email address associated with your account.

4. Input your email address and hit “NEXT”

5. You should receive and email with a Verification Code

 

6. Input your Verification Code and your New Password and hit “SUBMIT”

7. You will receive a confirmation that your password has been reset

 

8. Password resets happen in real time and should be available immediately
